At the beginning of excursion you will hear an interesting story about origin of the institute. Then, by a underground gallary — a narrow footpath in the stone tunnel stylized like catacombs — you will pass to a graceful rotunda on the bank of the channel, from which the view of the many-tier terrace set with grapes from where is opened. Then you will go down the wine cellar. The bottles tightened by almost hardened web, big-bellied kegs along walls – it is the well-known collection of wines of institute. After seeing this collection you will visit tasting of collection wines. Youalso will visit shop, andthere will ba a possibility tobuy wine production at the prices of producer plant.

 | "Wine growing and winemaking institute of Tairov" - the oldest in Ukraine research establishment which works in wine growing and winemaking branch. In complex scientific researches by the Decree of the President of Ukraine in 2003 the wine growing and winemaking institute of Tairov received the status of National scientific center for considerable merits. Steadily high quality of wines which are issued under the Tairovsky Wines Institute trademark, in 2004 received an award of Assembly of a business community of Ukraine the quality mark "The highest test", the International quality mark "The European quality", "100% natural". Staff of Institute removed about 100 grades of table and technical grapes 30 from which are brought in the State register of grades of plants of Ukraine. For the last decade production technologies of 20 names of wines from grades of grapes of selection of Institute which received numerous gold and silver medals at the International exhibitions and competitions are developed. |
