Day 1

7.02.p.m Departure from Odessa (train #108 Odessa – Uzhgorod)



Day 2

11.23 a.m. Arrival in Volovets, meeting with your guide

12 p.m. Lunch

1p.m. Excursion to Lake Sinevyr and Waterfall Shipot. Lake Sinevyr is one of the seven miracles of Ukraine, the Carpathians’ pearl. This largest lake of the Ukrainian Carpathian Mountains is located at an altitude of 989 metres above sea level. It is a part of National Nature park “Sinevyr” in Trans-Carpahian region. Waterfall Shipot fascinates you by its unusual beauty. Its height is 15 metres.

5 p.m. transfer to Mukachevo. Check in time. Accommodation: a comfortable hotel in a double room or a room for three persons.

7 p.m. Dinner. Free time. Sleep.



Day 3

9.a.m. Breakfast

10 a.m. Excursion around Mukachevo on foot. Sightseing: Gothic St. Martyn’s Chapel, a landmark of Mukachevo – Town Hall, Monument to Kyril and Methodyi. Excursion to Palanok Castle – an outstanding historical and architectural monument, a patrimony of Rakotsi Princes.

1 p.m. Lunch

2 a.m. Transfer to Beregovo. Excursion “Hungarian Chardash” – acquaintance with culture and traditions of Trans-Carpathian Hungarians. Bathing in a swimming pool with thermal mineral water. (You are recommended to have swimming costumes with you)

5.p.m. Return to the hotel

6 p.m. Dinner. Free time. Sleep.



Day 4

8 a.m. Breakfast. Check out of your hotel.

9 a.m. Transfer to Uzhgorod.

10 a.m. Tour around Uzhgorod

  • Uzhgorod Casle (Renaissance style) was a country estate for Italian aristocrat family The Drugettis.
  • Museum of Regional Studies – set of the Bronze Age finds, coins and precious manuscripts.
  • Room of Torments – exhibition of instruments of torments used during the Inquisition.
  • Trans-Carpathian museum - village in the open air.
  • Streets of Uzhgorod: Korzo Street, Augustin Voloshin Streetand Theatre Square.
  • Greek – Catholic Cathedral built in the second half of the 17th century.
  • Walk in the park – arboretum.
  • Walk along the quay which is the longest linden avenue in Europe(2.2 km).

1 p.m. Lunch

2 p.m. Wine-tasting. Wine-tasting Hall “Shardone” was opened in 2007 downtown. The best wines of Trans-Carpathian region is displayed.

3 p.m. Free time.

5.48 p.m. Departure for Odessa (train #107 Uzhgorod – Odessa)



Day 5

12.45 p.m. Arrival in Odessa
